  1. My initial ideas are ... you need to be able to drink water so you can not get dehydrated. You might experience symptoms such as feeling dizzy, dry eyes or throat and a headache. It's important to keep your body moist and functioning properly. Females need to drink at least nine cups a day.

  2. Different people need different amounts of water. If you are living in a warmer country you will need to drink more water to keep hydrating your body. About 60% of our body weight is water. Males need to have at least 13 cups of water per day and females require at least 9 cups, unless breastfeeding they require more.

  3. We need water to stay alive and keep our organs running. Every organ of our body needs water to survive. The average human male should drink 13 cups of water or 3 litres per day.

  4. We need water if we are sick because when we vomit we lose water. When we are sick it is important to drink more extra water.

  5. In order to stay alive you must drink 3 litres a day. 60% of your body is water, if you lose 30% of that you'll die. Lack of water can lead to beaches, dry throats and blurry eyesight.

  6. Men should drink more water than women because they are bigger and have more muscle. You should also drink 8 ounces of water a day so you can concentrate more. It's important that if you are sick like you have a fever, vomiting or diarrhea to continue to keep your fluids up.
